Webinar Extraordinaire and Founder, Kimberli Allen, gained experience in the technology industry beginning in 1998 with Hewlett-Packard. She has worked in the virtual collaboration industry for more than a decade.

Her first exposure to the virtual world was through WebEx Communications (prior to being purchased by Cisco) where she worked for almost three years. After leaving WebEx, Kimberli took the leap into entrepreneurship and has been building a thriving virtual business since that time. She has personally trained and coached clients in over 29 countries.

Kimberli has either hosted, managed or produced over 15,000 virtual events. Kimberli is proud to be a faculty member at American Management Association where she teaches “How To Present Online: A Skills Based Workshop” created by 1080 Groups’ Roger Courville. She will soon be a published author and will soon receive her ESL (English as a Second Language) for Business Certification.

Kathy Gadinas has spent all of her career in the health insurance industry selling and implementing employee benefit packages, as well as educating HR and the employees on the intricacies of their various plans.   She also held various board positions in the local insurance association for several years.  Most recently she sold her agency to her longtime business partner.
 
Kathy joined Everything Webinar as a Senior Sales Executive.  She is passionate about helping others excel.  Whether it be understanding their benefits clearly or, with Everything Webinar, offering the opportunity to enhance their virtual engagements.
Jerry Chiea

Jerry Chiea is our Virtual Event and Training Specialist. Jerry has been in the training industry since 1996. He really enjoy’s working with customers and helping them become successful through training and webinar production support.

Through his role as a trainer Jerry strives to understand the needs of the learners so he can tailor the training to target how they learn. The same thing can be said for all the virtual events that he has supported over the last 16 years. When you are supporting live webinars, they are all different, from who is presenting to the audience.

What drives him in what he does? It is the satisfaction he gets from helping someone overcome and own something they needed to learn and master.

Emali Allen is our official GenZ consultant. Emali brings a unique perspective to our team. She helps to keep us grounded and in touch with what our youngest generation values in communication and presentation skills training programs. She has three years of “Speech and Debate” training as well as a ground floor exposure to successfully operating a small business.

When Emali isn’t in school full time you can find her in the swimming pool training for Jr. Olympics in one discipline or another

Barbara Potter is an award-winning Learning and Development Consultant with over 15 years of project management experience in producing and marketing large-scale international events, conferences, and training programs. Her expertise is in developing and implementing virtual and software training programs—for novices to seasoned professionals. Through hosting thousands of virtual training programs, Barbara is proficient in developing courses, writing curriculum, mentoring talent, and creating rich and engaging learning events that inspire and motivate learners all over the world.

Additionally, Barbara has eight years of experience in information technology including database management, data collaboration, security, data integrity, optimization, benchmarking, and reporting. She has written technical online help systems, technical manuals, marketing copy, press releases, articles, grants, and story boards. Barbara has completed the PMP® Certification Training 4-Day PMP Boot Camp and earned Bachelor’s Degrees from Virginia Tech in Finance and Marketing Management, with a minor in Technical Writing.

Bruce Jaqua is an 8-year Marine Corps Veteran and comes to Everything Webinar as our Operations Advisor with over 20 years of experience in Operations and Quality Management in Manufacturing, Aerospace and Production industries. In addition to his Masters of Business Administration he is also a Project Management Professional and a Lead Auditor Global Exemplar for ISO9001:2015 and specializes in Policy and Procedural Writing, Auditing and Compliance. Prior to beginning work in Operations and Quality Management, Bruce was a PGA Golf Professional and is also a published author, actor and Intermediate Wine Sommelier.

Bruce enjoys just about anything that involves the outdoors including hiking, skiing, bike riding and fishing among other things and is an avid learner constantly striving to improve.

Brian McKibben, a technologist, started the first 10 years of his career as a Systems Engineer. Having a passion for transforming business, he moved into Sales, and has spent the last 20 years driving Enterprise Sales go to market strategies. Having spent five years at Cisco – WebEx selling web conferencing solutions, and his vast experience creating, driving, and implementing sales process makes him a great asset in his sales advisement role at Everything Webinar.

Emma Acquino is our Global Sales Advisor. Emma has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry as a civilian, and also as a US Air Force employee. Emma was part of the USB invention team in California that revolutionized the plug and play cable which is widely used with many gadgets on the market today.

Emma has an in-depth knowledge about the ever-changing computer technology that marks the evolution of time, which is key for productivity and gaining profitability for any company choosing to engage with our services.

Emma can help you to initiate to unveil your employees’ core experience, so they can successfully contribute to your company with positive performance results. She was one of the first TSA Proctors that hosted training to Federal Aviation Pilots through CompUSA contracts, and also Airport employees for TSA requirements. Emma has excellent leadership skills and is an accomplished computer instructor.
